I had extremely good care from Mr Charlie Jowett I went into hospital for complex surgery on my ankle.I was made to feel at easy before going down for surgery.I wasn’t awake when Mr Jowett check on me in recovery.He came in on the Sunday night to check on me as not in York hospital on Monday .

The great thing about Mr Jowett is that he’s a listener, which makes you feel comfortable and confident in your choice of surgeon. He considers all options available and how options would effect you personally and finds solutions to any problems that may arise. He has a good sense of humour which I found reassuring and comforting. He has a great team around him ,and his secretary Catherine , is very friendly and extremely approachable should you have any queries. I can happily recommend Mr Charles Jowett .

I would certainly recommend Mr Jowett for foot or ankle surgery. I had bilateral akin scarf for hallux valgus. Mr Jowett explained in detail the procedure of the surgery along with any complications that may occur of which I fully understood. Mr Jowett made me feel at ease, he was kind, caring & friendly & no appointment was ever rushed. Surgery was successful, the scars are extremely neat & healing beautifully. Recovery is going very well. So a massive thank you to him & of course Catherine - Mr Jowetts secretary, always friendly & very efficient.
